Restore progress - Simcity Buildit
Hi all,
I had some progress on the game, and I was connected to my google account. My phone had to be factory reseted and when I reinstalled the game all the progress was lost even when connected to my google account.
Is there another way to recover the progress? Thanks.

If you were using your google account linked to the game, it should of been saved on your account. When you reset your device, did you back up and save your service to your google account, or just reset it?
Also, did you play through the tutorial before signing in?
