The skyscraper still looks like the upper level is under construction At level 9, I still see steel beams and other evidence of an unfinished building. Do I have to upgrade to level 15 to finish it? If so, it's not worth it.
Yeah, its my least favourite effect to date. Not good to look at.
Thanks for the info. I just upgraded to level 10. I'll stop there. Farming jazz tokens takes too much time, and I won't spend real money on them.
At lvl 15 it's fully build. But my opinion would be that you don't have to upgrade it to lvl 15 for the effect...
The effect makes your game almost unplayable and could trigger some epileptic seizure due to the flashing and flickering lights.
I switched it off within the very first minute.
It's good for the population though...
