Hi @zazinha84 - Are you connecting via wifi or cellular data? Try connecting in the opposite way (if you're using wifi, switch to cell data or if you're using cell data, switch to wifi) Are you using a VPN? Try disconnecting
If the time zone doesn't match the area you're in, that can also cause problems. Double-check and be sure that you have the correct time & date for your area
Also be sure that you have updated your Android version and the app to the latest updates. Try clearing the app data and cache:https://www.samsung.com/us/support/answer/ANS00077611/
