It truly is a scam. I will see this season out, but it will be my last one I play, unless EA makes a big U turn.
I bought the pass before they openly showed in week two how impossible it is to complete the collection without spending absurd amounts of money. Like seriously, they expect us to spend 50$ or more every month for buildings we don't even have space to build in our cities! Hence why from next month I'll just spend those money on a meal out with the missus or something.
Congratulations EA, you absolutely played yourselves.
Next round is halloween themed, and the hot spot is a transportation building called ghost portal or something.
It has 25 levels to upgrade.
There's a second upgradable Hot Spot next season, an Education building - some sort of Ghost Research building if I recall correctly. At least 10 levels on that too.
