Solved

Server issues.

The game is taking forever to the chat, dispatch trains, visit clubmates depot, etc.  All my other apps and streaming devices work just fine there is no issues with my Internet. Does anyone have any helpful advice?

  • Hi, Mayors.

Thank you for your patience waiting for a response surrounding this connectivity issue. The team was able to identify the root cause and we've seen positive reports it's improved since yesterday. If you're still experiencing some connectivity issues please try restarting your device and toggle WiFi off/on to see if it continues.

As we haven't had continued reports on this thread we will go ahead and close this off since this post was related to a specific incident. Please create a new post if you continue to experience significant connection errors.

  • The game runs so slow that it is not fun to play anymore. I have checked my internet connection speed and the problem is not on my end. This needs to be fixed soon!

    Oh no! Issues not resolved!

I've deleted the railways and stations.  It seemed OK earlier but its stalling again.  We are taking a vote on whether to play war or not tomorrow

Starting last week SimCity is super slow. Sometimes the commercials don’t work and no prizes are given. Please fix as the game is beginning to be unplayable.

I play on two devices, IPhone and IPad.  Both are fully updated with the game and IOS.

Both devices are experience issues With Sim City Build it alone.  All other Apps are performing normally.

Games Played in the Los Angeles Area.

impact has been atrocious performance in:

    Contest of Mayors Tower

    club chat

    Neo Mall

    Global Market HQ

    Access to Regional Service

    Access to Train Stations.

game will perform slow to access these features, or will not access at all.

Experience tells me this is a server issue.. one thing to note..  the issue seems to clear up at night here in Los Angeles.

I suspect high server issue demand brought in by trains, and the holidays are both contributing to this.

please compensate us for time lost especially Mayors Pass play.  I cannot acquire points in the Mornings with this problem

    New Goodland Mayor’s Office.

  • Thanks Electronic Arts for speeding up our servers!

Edit: Merged with the already existing thread for this issue. -CM
