Service Issues
I decided to start a new city yesterday. I realized new features such as upgradable power stations and water towers etc. But all of a sudden I had an issue I wasnt able to solve. Even though my demand of power, water and sewage were lower than my capacity, half the resident buildings didn't have any power nor Water, which I believe is very strange. Ive deleted my cities three time and had the same problem all three times. What should I do?
