This is trite horse. They know what would have solved all of this - by simply allowing players to continue to expand their cities. Give us MORE space to buy/earn develop - not constrict development and force legacy and long time spenders to redo their entire cities. It’s bad and they know it, there has been nothing but overwhelming criticism for this.
