Services question
Why is that when I have updated all services so they are satisfied and I have made no changes to my city (no update to homes, no additional homes), the next time I login there is always more demand? This makes no sense to me. Nothing has increased the demand. It has created a constant need to pay more money to fix it. Every single day. It’s exhausting and annoyed. Is this a bug? I don’t get it.
