Missing Textures

My textures for icons and services don't load at all and it's been this way ever since I first downloaded the game a few months back. I've restarted my phone several times. I've deleted and reinstalled it several times. The textures just don't install correctly. Customer support says the same thing each time and nothing helps before they just end the chat.
