Services upgrade question
If you upgrade the services (power, water, waste, etc), will you need less utilities buildings? Fewer utilities buildings when at higher levels?

Money is not an issue. I have $58 million. I could upgrade easy. But my city utilities are on omega level. It’s 15,000 neo for the first upgrade. I don’t have enough neo to upgrade dozens of omega utilities.
this is a problem. Only $14,000 neo per day.
I could not afford upgrades, they are more expensive than buying more level 1 buildings. So I bought several lvl.1 Omega services to meet the demand. Later when I have enough NeoSimoleons I will upgrade them.
Every day you can add one of lvl.1 Omega utilities(water/power/sewage/waster), each has capacity 675.
All my services are omega level.
I have 35 omega utilities now.
how am I supposed to upgrade them all??I think, you are supposed to avoid any upgrades of utilities at the beginning.
- You cannot afford upgrades with your income, yet. However, in few days you can spend total 30,000 Neo$ to buy three Omega Water Towers lvl.1, i.e. capacity 3x675=2025.
- Upgrades of utilities are waste of Neo$. For instance, upgrade costs 30,000 NeoS$ (lvl.4 to lvl.5) gives capacity +450. So, you would pay 30,000 Neo$ for “ridiculous” capacity 450.
The question actually is, do you prefere to add capacity 450 or capacity 2,025 for the same ammount of Neo$?
