Sewage capacity
I have more than double required capacity for sewage but it’s still showing red, sewage not being picked up. What gives?

I’m having the same issue for power, water and sewage. All capacity above demand and all roads are connected. Can only get to 50% happiness so low taxes and making it very hard to play the game
