Sewage @ 135, population @ 95, yet a lot of abandon building pops up due to sewage. Pls helps

Do you have special buildings? Service demands follows a different count and is not dependent on the amount of buildings you have. For instance Paris and Tokyo buildings have a higher demand since they house more people.
Don't have... My epic buildings are abandoned too.
Look for the affected area...
Maybe they tell you that the smell is horrible and move out your city.
Or some of your sewege plants are disconnected from the rest of your city with the break in road network...
- But I have no problem with other services.
