Sim City Arbitrary Game changes
To All SimCity Build-it subscribers,
Please review my communication with EA sports with regards to arbitrary changes they made to the game that are a clear detriment to and cash grab from long term supporters of this game:

HEY,
I am beyond disgusted with the prank you pulled over your loyal game subscribers eyes when you changed the criteria it takes to earn, yes “EARN” a gold bronze or silver coin, you have elevated the work it takes to get a bronze coin from 8 products to 50??? ( that is a incredulous 160% increase in resources required by your loyal game subscribers) IS THAT EVEN LEGAL??
A silver token that once cost 40 credits to attain one is now increased by a whopping 67% INCREASE IN RESOURCES REQUIRED TO ONTAIN A TOKEN, again, please explain the legality of this insult price increase notwithstanding the ethics in treating your customers so cavalier and callous.
A gold token that once took 160 credits to attain has been unilaterally inflated to 200 CREDITS!!! WTF? How can you run a business like this, in retail we call it “insult pricing” when you inflate the cost of your goods at an unethical and callous rate agai this is an ASTOUNDING 25% increase in effort, time and resources your customers have to put in to get the same token, how can the assclown who came up with this justify it with a straight face!!!, it’s robbery, plain and simple, an arbitrary cash and resources grab with a serious disregard towards your clients, even an arrogant malice towards them.
If this business was legislated, what in effect is a price of playing the game increase would be blocked by government and consumer watchdogs, and if you don’t reverse it, I will complain to the better business bureau.
I just spent 1.8 million dollars of my 3 million hard earned simpleton coins, 16 hours of effort tracking down the hard to find pieces required, and was forced to buy more cash to get one gold icon, which previously at my level would have take 200 thousand simoleons and no cash outlay.
You sirs have robbed me, and I want my money back.
Otherwise I will never play this game again and instead of spending 16 hours and millions of earned credits to obtain a gold coin, I will redirect my efforts at discouraging anyone to pay your came on social media boards, sharing my story of how you arbitrarily and drastically changed the rules, and thus the cost of playing the game into your extreme favour.
To,put it another way, if this was a true city and you changed tax policy so drastic and expensively to your constituents, you would be stoned , pilloried and thrown out of town, this is graft, callous money grabbing at its worst under the guise of “we have a new an exciting coin collection system, you can now collect gold coins in all of your regional cities and collect unlimited coins, but you never mentioned the bad part and the very reason you made the change-shame on the * who devised this.
I will not play this game until I receive a reasonable response and explanation of how you are going to correct his fiasco and make it right for your customers

Apologies for delayed response and inconvenience you have faced so far due to the recent changes.
I see you are not happy with the changes which has been introduced in the game specially the one with Epic project.
Previously we need 10 for Turtle, 80 for Llama and 160 for Cheetah Epic buildings. After the update it has been changed to 40, 100 and 200 Epic points respectively.
We understand your concern and questioning behind the change in requirement for Epic project and very much appreciate you elaborating on your experience. The team is working to better the gaming experience for our players with the feedback you have sent us, so please stay tuned.

No explanation?
No remedies for this obvious issue?
Did you even read my original concerns?
I DO NOT like your game as currently set-out after your recent modifications.
Please explain why you have done this to your loyal game subscribers and if you have reviewed my concerns and if you plan on correcting or “rebalancing “ the game back towards a realistic sustainable entertainment suite for its subscribers.

Is completely unacceptable. This change was not made so players can feel a new experience, it was made to devalue the game experience that loyal gamers who have invested countless time and money on your enterprise will suffer.
AGAIN, please answer directly why you have made it more expensive to play this game?
I would appreciate an honest answer and not some corporate goobeldygook about making a different experience for your clients, that is a bald faced lie.
I will not spend another cent on this game or any other game affiliated with your company until a receive a non insulting respectful, honest response.

If you disagree with an entertainment Giant foisting hidden charges in the guise of "new and better" game experience, please share this with your fellow gamers and force E/A sports to do the right thing by its loyal subscribers. Total arrogance, Ignorance and bad form by a so called support group for this game, they may as well just have said F%ck you Kevin we don't care about your experience go away, and be done with it.
