Sim City BuildIt - Game Reset - Purchased SimCash Gone

This same happend to me, tuo. My whole SimCity and all what I have purhased there are gone. I feel that I have been cheated and robbered by EA. At least I want my money back. 

I contacted EA via the Google Play store (there is a link on your purchase receipt e-mail).  Hopefully they can help!

Sorry to hear that your city was reset and you lost your purchaes. Can you contact our support in-game (You'll reach it by going to Settings - Help - Contact Us) so that they can investigate the issue.

I have already contacted EA via the link in the Google Play purchase receipt.  Do I still need to go via the in-game support?

 Finally I found the solution for this problem:

It happens when you have SimCity BuildIt installed to the other smartphone or tablet (or devices like them). Like I have it in my Samsung Galaxy Tablet and in my Samsung Note 3 devices. Even you have logged in Google Play or/and Facebook to save your game details, you will lost your SimCity from other device while you try to play with your built up SimCity with other device. 

What you have to do them? First you think that all your money and saved games (and your own marvelous SimCity) have been wiped out forever. That makes you really mad (like I was) and you only want find out whoever has "stolen" your money. 

But cool down: if you have saved your SimCity BuildIt to your Google Play - account,  it will be saved.

What you have to do next?

1.Delete all your SimCity BuildIt from all your devices where you have installed it (I did so anyway).

2.Find the SimCity BuildIt application again from the Google Play Shop and install it again, but remember: to only one device (more than one on your devices makes a conflict between them).

3. Once you have installed SimCity BuildIt again and you will open it to play, first you'll find out that SimCity which you have created has been wiped out (you don't even see the possibility to connect to your Google Play or Facebook accounts).

4. Now you have to play the tutorial of SimCity BuildIt again as far it is finished. 

5. After you have played the tutorial you will find those Google Play and Facebook banners again (if you have connected and saved your SimCity BuildIt there). Press or click those banners and after that be very careful what you're doing the next! 

6. The next you will be asked if you want to continue that tutorial or go back to your earlier and saved game. Now if you will choose to continue the tutorial your earlier SimCity BuildIt will be erased forever. So, don't overwrite your existing SimCity.

7. Keep SimCity BuildIt application in only one device.

I hope that this writing helped someone else who's fighting with same problems as I did earlier today. It saved my great SimCity and my purchased items there anyway.
