Sim city Buildit Retrieving my City after deleting the game ?

Playing Simcity buildit principlely on my iPad and updating on iPhone. 

The iPad game started slowing down and then I was unable to play further once it opened.

I can login through games centre but again the game hangs up, interestingly enough where it said achievements and players there were no players in the player section or city name.

Having made the decision to restart the app by deleting and bringing back from Cloud I started on the tutorial. 

How do I find my old game ( level 40 ) and many many hrs, days and months invested in it ? 

The old game is still on my phone so far but I don't want it replacing with the tutorial game !
