@LargeLord I agree with you on the Mayors contest assignment counter algo, they have a similar algo where they decrease the chance of you finding needed items for residential upgrades in the market when and ONLY if the current building is requesting those specific items, but youll see them magically appear more once youve came across one or produced the item yourself
