SIMCITY BuildIt for Android: starts in Chinese, no settings, no exit

Downloaded from Google Play Store, running on tablet using Cyanogenmod 12.1. 1.) The game assistants are speaking Chinese at startup. 2.) There is no accessible settings menu to change language...

In this case there appears to be a problem.  My device language is set for US English, and functions as such.

I should also note that the text prompts in the game are in English.  The spoken portions appear to be in Mandarin Chinese.

    Oh, do you mean the advisors @OSS542? They speak Simlish. It's the imaginary language of the Sims. No matter how hard we try they refuse to learn "human" 🙂
