SimCity BuildIt: Reports and Feedback.

Dear Mayors,

Many thanks to those who have already provided constructive feedback about SimCity BuildIt. Your feedback is seriously taken into account and as a result our developing team will be able to provide hotfixes and review suggestions from the community.

In order to better structure all the useful feedback and reports from our community, I decided to create and float this thread so we can gather all your feedback in one single place.

Please note that I will edit this first post with a list of know issues and possible solutions.

Once again, we appreciate all the suggestions and reports from our community.

The team has rolled out a hotfix to address the following issues: 

  • Happiness values dropping when game is re-opened.
  • Service warnings in cities despite the high capacity vs. demand.
  • Game freezing/crashing when the Club/Chat island is tapped.

    Hi folks,

    Thank you for using this thread to date. We originally created this thread year's ago and for a while it worked great for feedback and reports but it no longer serves it's initial purpose as we are now taking a different approach from this thread. 

    For current issues, we have since found it's more beneficial to have a dedicated current thread for new issues as it allows everyone interested in a specific issue to find all the current/relevant  information in a single space. 

    This doesn't mean you can't still let us know when there's an issue to report or share your feedback with us. Please use the General Discussion board for sharing feedback and for crashes, loading issues or technical issues in general please use the Support board.

    Hi,

    Small suggestion:

    Maybe try to change the price arrows in the trade HQ to a price BAR so players can lower prices faster. (for club trades, etc)

    Since the beginning of the last CoM my Export HQ cannot be opened at all. There appears a message: "Hello, Mayor! We are sorry but this feature is not available at the moment."

    I get this message from  both my regions. Therefore it was impossible to do assignments  like "make regional currency" and "lines in Export HQ"  during the whole contest of mayors.. 

    Some people in my club have the same problem, but other members have no problems with their Export HQ.

    The second issue that appeared during the last Contest of Mayors - we  get too many war assignments instead of usual only one  war assignment in the list. Why there has to be  4 to 5 war assignments in the list of total 10 assignments?  When I delete the war asignments, they keep poping  up after a while.   I do not think it is  necessary  to push people to make war.   

    Edit: In other topic I have just seen that a  fix was released to address problems with Export HQ.  So hopefully it will be okay  when the next CoM starts.

    hello moderators, once again you need to delete this "old thread" from 2017 and 2018.  there are alot of things that have changed since game update.  furthermore, old posts from 2013 should not be on boards either because certain people have copy pasted other people's old posts to create problems. it is Rude to mock, provoke and make fun of others because that is not creating "harmony"; it is creating trouble period. have good day.

    Hi, I was wondering if you can make an option in the game where you can select which home should have priority to upgrade it. A good ideea will be also to highlight which items you need to buy/make to upgrade that building. I have a lot of buildings to upgrade them and would be much easier to keep them in my mind.  Just a thought.. cheers

    The new service level is awful I have just spent over 200 thousand upgrading and I still need more money,my energy is on 970 and I need over 3200 it's ridiculous why have you done this stupid upgrade for

    I won't be playing anymore

    A waste of 18 months of my life you have just taken away
