SimCity buildit Update issues

After the latest update services has major issues , so much so it is not pleasant to play the game any longer. Though I have more coverage than required I am still getting the error msg that I have to increase services. Trying to upgrade enough has drained all the "gift funds" and more.  It feels like these changes are simply to force players to buy Simoleons to be able to play. 

As the programming is obviously flawed , it would make sense to roll back to the previous version until the large amount of bugs are repaired. 

Please let me know when the issues will be corrected as I am currently deciding whether to give up on this game...
