Hi. I think I have a bug or something. I can't make skyscrapers even though I'm level 17 and have all the utilities and 3 specializations I don't know what to do anumite. Help me.

What kind of buildings do you make? Only a regular building will become a skyscraper and you just have to keep upgrading them until late you see the large crane which will complete it. It takes awhile. Also at the left side of the screen when the buildingsun are shown there is a choice of how much density you will be able to use in each area but you can change this.

- Are the specializations next to the buildibg just before the last upgrade? Being in the city is not enough. The residence needs to be in the coverage area to have a y effect.
