SimCity crashes at opening screen

SimCity crashes at opening screen. I have tried to clear everything and reinstall it 100 times. My phone is an Android 10 Redmi Note Pro 7, plenty 6GB ram and plenty 20+GB storage space.

I remember, SimCity was fine after the update, but when I tried to open it the next day, it refused to load and crashed.

Where can I find the SimCity log on my android, I can't see anything at android/data/com.ea.game.simcitymobile_row/files? With the log Maybe I can see the reason why the app just stopped at opening screen (it took about 20s to load and then suddenly the open screen disappeared/get killed).

NB: I had followed this link,not help. I had removed anything, Google account, Facebook account. Try to start from beginning with a new city, still crash at the opening screen.

Nb2: I have another phone, SimCity Is okay there.
