Since last upgrade, going to Frosty Fjords hangs game!

Hi all

Since the last upgrade, when we once again were 'rewarded' for upgrading early (such generosity is completely underwhelming), I've found a problem with SCBI.

I have 4 regions unlocked, and three of them work as you would expect. However, since the latest upgrade, I find when I go to the Frosty Fjords region, I get the standard 'travelling to....' Screen, but instead of getting to the region in 10 seconds of so, I am stuck for 45+ seconds on this screen.

Frosty Fjords then appears for perhaps half a second, only to disappear and he replaced with this error message:-

HELLO MAYOR

Please restart the game to sync your game progress online.

QUIT

Which leaves me no option but to quit and restart the game. Once the game loDs, I'm taken directly to the Frosty Fjords and can continue playing. However, if I go elsewhere and then return to Frosty Fjords, the cycle occurs again, forcing me to quit and reload the game.

TYPICAL  EA!

I'm reminded of Oliver Hardy saying to Stan Laurel in their films:- 'Why can't you leave well enough a!one?' - a lesson EA never seem to consider.

I'm a President, and many club members are thoroughly brassed off by EA's antics.

EA, why don't you get your act together, just once for the fun of it, and do something, ANYTHING, which has the approval of your customers?

They play the game and spend the money. Why not try treating them as though they are important, rather than simply squeezing every penny you can from them?

EA, this latest upgrade stunt of yours is just disgusting - but that is what we have come to expect from this company.
