My stations are not working, what should I do?

Every station needs three things:

1. Road Connection
2. Residential buildings in their area
3. Railroad tracks

Once you have everything in place you are good to go!

What kind of tracks should I build?

As long as your tracks start from a station's railroad connector and end to a station's railroad connector your trains can travel between them.

Some stations can be connected to themselves, forming a loop. Add multiple stations to the same railroad network to maximize the utilization of your tracks.

Where do my passengers come from and when do they arrive?

Your passengers come from nearby residential buildings. Place and upgrade residentials within your station's area to increase the amount of passengers arriving to your stations.

You'll also need to add more passenger slots in your station to make room for more passengers. You'll see when and how many passengers arrive to your station from the top panel when you open the station view.

Will I lose my passengers if I move my station or deprive it from service?

No, you will only lose passengers if you store your station and it has passengers you have not dispatched.

How do I operate trains?

In the station view select the train you want to load from the train list (if you have more than one), then drag passengers from their slots onto the station building to load them into the train. You are now ready to dispatch your train. Once you dispatch your train it will start to travel in your railway network. The train goes into a cooldown and you must wait for the defined time to use it again.

What are Rail Simoleons?

Rail Simoleons are a special currency earned by dispatching trains. The more passengers you have in your train when dispatching it the more Rail Simoleons you earn. Rail Simoleons can be used to purchase goods from the Railway Shop.

What is the Railway Shop?

The Railway Shop is where you can purchase goods like Train a

nd Commercial items. Railway Shop has a limited supply and cost of items increases based on demand. The shop refreshes regularly so keep an eye on the timer. You'll find a new set of items and the costs will be refreshed as well.

I see Train items being asked in different locations, where do I get them?

Train items - Bolts, Conductor Hat, Vintage Lantern and Pickaxe - can only be purchased from the Railway Shop. You'll find them always available should you need one.

How and where can I get more trains?

You'll need to unlock additional trains. Trains are unlocked with Train cards. Visit the Railway Shop and scroll to find the Train Card products. You'll have multiple options to choose from.

My Rail Simoleon Wallet is full, now what?

You are unable to dispatch your trains while the wallet is full. You can either use your Rail Simoleons at the Railway Shop, or you can upgrade your Rail Simoleon wallet size with Rail Tokens.

Rail Tokens can be purchased from the Railway Shop and occasionally earned from elsewhere in the game.
