Some part of the buildings seems like a graphic issue

Hi! At first I thought it was an upgrade for some of the building's graphics in its structures and parts but seems like it's a graphic issue/bug/crash. Some are very tiny details that most of the players can't notice it but some of the most noticeable are the city hall roof and billboard stand as they turned into pitch black. Most of those "pitched black" graphics appeared in some of the building's roofs, including the Omega centers, tall buildings like the epic buildings and omega residentials, mountain and beach buildings.

I already reduce the graphic settings and everything but they still exist.

I asked players from other countries if they also have the same issue but they don't have. But I saw someone posted coming from the Philippines (which is also the country where I'm from) that he also has the same issue but idk if he noticed it coz his post is not related to this. I just saw his screen recording in which the billboard stand also turned to black.

Attached screenshots are proof that there are issues with the graphics.
