Speed-ups tokens in seasonal currency showcase

What do you mean "has no effect"? 

These are factory speed up tokens, not shop speed up tokens. Are you looking in the right place for them?

I spent seasonal currency but speed-ups not added to store

Like I said above - they are not Store speed ups, they're Factory speed ups. If you look in your Factories and tap the speed up icon (bottom right) you'll see them in there.
