Suggestion for improving the marketplace
The marketplace should 1 folder for each good that the mayors want, and mayors can scroll to the folder to find the item they want. You place the supply into the folder, ordered by lowest purchase price at the top. The folder may or may not have any items in it at a particular point in time.
