[Suggestions] Improvements for the game

- "Freeze" , "Finalize" or similar option in a building's menu to eliminate the upgrade icon
- gameplay menu option to hide building icons (except general comments from Sims)
Sometimes I would just like to look at my city without all of the icons. Also, there are times that I do not wish to further upgrade my buildings, so that I can keep a certain style.
As always: more parks of different shapes!

- I would like to be able to invest money into my universities and colleges to research science and my city would slowly become more efficient as a result.
Also I would like a green meter or something that shows how healthy you city is in a bar with a number. Cities can then be ranked and we have a ranking systems for largest population, most clean, etc.
I'd like to be able to just see a link of names of cities and get a feel for how many people are playing worldwide.
Also when I click on a building and I see what I have build I'd like for that to go to the bottom corner and shrink and stay there until I delete it like a heads up display. This will help me while I am picking put my resources.
