Display issue - black screen in SimCity BuildIt

Hello,

I am experiencing a major issue with SimCity BuildIt. The game does not function properly because my city is not visible on the screen. Instead, the screen appears completely black, like a blackout. I can only see the construction bubbles and the produced materials, but the city itself does not appear. This makes the game very difficult to play.
