SIMPLER UPGRADE FOR ROAD INTERSECTIONS:
Road intersections only upgrade when all the roads connected to it are upgraded to the same level. That creates problems, specially for those who are creating streetcar avenues (the streetcars do not cross the intersection to the continuation of the same avenue!)
To solve that problem, it would be interesting if the intersections could be upgraded to the same level of two roads that are the direct continuation of each other without having to upgrade all roads connected to the intersection (thus allowing a streetcar to cross the intersection without having to upgrade all four or three roads connected to the intersection).
Yes, I agree strongly with that. I have an extensive streetcar network [Old Jersey] and it costs a small fortune to upgrade all those connecting roads when you only need just one to be a 'streetcar avenue'
