Love this game - but there's a few things that I think would really add to this game:
- When I visit a city, it would be nice if there was an option to request an invite to connect with them so I can visit later. I use the Android version of this app, so my only option for connecting to other people in the game is facebook. People generally don't like game invites, so I don't do them and they probably wouldn't be active players anyway. If this means setting up an account to play the game, or using a service that doesn't require that I have an Apple device, I would be more than happy to do it (as I'm sure others would too).
- The panning when visiting a city or returning home takes too long and its annoying. Please give me an option to turn it off or cancel it with a tap..something!
- A city edit mode would be great, for the same reasons others mentioned - although, honestly I don't think the happiness thing is a big issue, because it returns to normal pretty quickly. My main gripe is how much of a pain it is to move different types of buildings.
- More building types - I swear there's only like 4 or 5 of each category of buildings? Even my small city looks a bit repetitive.
- A land value stat - some things appear to increase land value by varying amounts, but hard to tell by how much and the size of the area of land affected
- Ability to cancel production of an item in queue
- Lot of TradeHQ gripes and I read the FAQ about it - but I still have one suggestion that I think would help a little - I don't care if there's 10 million iron and wood available on the market, I don't want to see nothing but iron and wood. I seriously have this happen sometimes. Full TradeHQ screen of nothing but iron and wood! Can you set a max amount that will show of each type of item? Or if there is a max amount, set it lower..like 3 or 4 slots? I mean really... I go to some cities that have 10 slots of their Trade Depot full of iron... and they're level 40+. And this new mayor challenge of creating obscene amounts of iron is NOT helping!
