My improvements, be able to sell omega items, we don't get much storage space and it fills up quickly usually of stuff you don't need. Also want to be able to favourite any cities I visit from the Trade HQ so I can return there if I know they often sell a certain material that I need.
Had you asked me a month ago I would've agreed with you on the "imbalanced" rarity of expansion items, but just in the past 2 weeks I've gone from having a shortage of security cameras to having a shortage of storage bars to expand my storage, so it's a supply and demand as well. I had about 2x what I needed for two of them, but hardly any cameras. And last time I upgraded I had 2x cameras and locks, while waiting for the bars. I do buy a lot of these kinds of items from the GTHQ, which is where I get most of my expansion items.
Selling Omega items can be done from popups every now and then from omega related non-residential buildings, it's rare and much like the other regular coin popups the prize varies.

The market place is super frustrating. There needs to be a filter on it!!
When I become a member of a mayors club it would be nice to be able to tap the mayors club island while I'm visiting a fellow club members city and have it pull up the list of members. This way I don't have to return to my home city again every time I want to visit another club members city. I like to check all my fellow club members cities for items they are selling but it's a waste of time having to return to my home city every time. It would be nice if the mayors club island worked in a similar way to the global trade HQ. when visiting another club member city. It would also be nice if there was an option to enable notifications whenever a club member chats. It would also be nice if there was some sort of "item request" type thing so that you could let fellow club members know what items you need. This would be helpful for competing mayors in the contest of mayors to help complete assignments faster and help mayors work together as a team more efficiently.
I agree with hellodarling2. Or at least reduce or remove the refresh time so that I don't have to sit and wait if I don't see anything that I'm looking for.
- I like all the suggestions. I would like a global chat system and a private chat method. I do know there can be issues with private chat, if it was bothersome, report them or block them but sometimes people are shy to speak up or ask questions publicly and officers need to talk about certain subject matter in private, like choosing to remove a player from the club etc.
