when I saw it I thought it must be a joke...look at the attached image, you can convert taxes into seasonal currency 999 times, but you have to wait 24h for each conversion, the season ends in 4 weeks. I started playing a month ago and I already hate this crap, it's ridiculous. I should have realized it when I found out I had to visit the online shop's webpage to get the daily reward.

Fishing Harbour was NOT in the week 1 event track - or any track so far. It will most likely be in the Classics event track next week.
I already had it from a previous season but it was a reward from the week 1 event track so I have two now. It may be on sale to those who missed it at the end of the season, they do that sometimes.

Have you not bought the season pass to earn bamboo/seasonal coins as rewards as you progress? Yes the exchange times can be annoying but I've bought all the buildings on offer in the Kyoto exchange, fully upgraded my Torii Trails Shrine, I just need three more buildings to complete the season's city album. My only complaint is how to spend the 182k bamboo coins when the city album is complete, when I have completed everything else. I built around 20 Kyoto homes across my regions and they're fully upgraded so I'm raking in the seasonal coins faster than I can spend them, another complaint is that they expire at the end of each season and don't roll over, which is disgraceful really when you go to the trouble of earning them. I feel a little sorry for people daft enough to actually pay for the seasonal coin bundles then watch them expire.
There's pros and cons to this, but the tax exchange doesn't really bother me,
Yes, I want to use that currency to buy the building, but I have to wait for several days for the cooling time.
