Tax Rate Reduced
My tax rate has been reduced to 8k for 24 hours, it was 16k for 24 hours. I am at level 31 with over 400k population with 100% happines, any idea why?

Some issue - 353k population - 16.5k taxes at 20% of happines yesterday, and only 10k today - its in Online. ☹️
