Taxes in game do not work.
Every 24h you should be able to collect taxes from your citizen. I have 99% of happiness so I should be able to collect 5000$ of taxes but when I tap on the building to collect them I only get around...

Got the same problem! 100% satisfaction of the population. I've only started recently and I'm willing to spend time to accumulate enough coin to get better versions of the buildings. My City Hall lists that I should be getting just over 5500 per 24 hrs, but after opening the game 12 hours after the most recent play time, I got only 58$. Even in increments there should be at least 2000 coin. I'm starting to think its not set to real life 24hrs but actual in-game time. Could be a bug. If I don't see that fixed the game is going to the trash can.
