Technical Problem - SCBI crashes on iPad

I have a problem (see topic)

First step to solve the problem:

Reset to factory defaults the whole device on a Windows-Computer with iTunes.

After that, i only installed three Banking Apps + One FileExplorer App.

But the crashes still occure :-(

Sometimes when i go to region, sometimes when i open a factory and now i can reproduce the problem:

When i open the "new messages", i will see a message about the Classical "Waka-Bootsharbor" is for limited time present.

Everytime i pressed the "show" button, the system crashes - the app closes, still active in the background, but the screen in the app is black,

when i open the running app, it loads new (start with tracktwenty-screen)

(iPad switched off & restart doesnt solve the problem)

The iPad is a "iPad Pro" with iOS "16.7.10", Age is 6 Years (?!).

Have someone an idea?
