Tokyo Town Skyscrapers
Once my town was maxed out I decided to bulldoze a building and give a Tokyo town building a try. The main reason I did it was because how cool the LED signs looked on them. I have built 8 Tokyo buildings and 6 of them are Matsuda Towers (the only ones without LED as far as I know). This is beyond frustrating. Can anyone give me any advice on how to get the LED buildings at a greater rate? When I visit other towns there are tons of LEDs and there aren't hardly any Matsuda Towers. What gives?
