The first thing I did was contact customer services :-)
- @contochiuso I did exactly this. Customer service was aware of the problem and closed the request for a refund claiming no fix was available. Oddly, I gave them two options for a fix: give me back my upgrades or refund my sim cash. EA is knowingly taking our sim cash and doesn’t care about its players, even long-term paying players like myself. Very sad.

Their treatment of players with genuine problems is sometimes abysmal, this being one of those 😞
