Trains Won’t Load
The trains consistently won’t load passengers, and you can’t dispatch them, or will only load a few passengers! Help!

Looks like you need to upgrade your train. Click on the little blue train symbol that has the arrow on it.
If you're getting the "blue spinning wheel of death" symbol, you'll need to turn the game off & on again, it's a connection issue.
