Travel to regions
When I travel to Frosty Fijords the game shuts down. I’ve tried re- installing but it doesn’t make
any difference

Same here.
Same problem for me, going to Sunny Isles. A team mate in our Mayors Club has the issue when going to Frosty Fjords. Obviously a bug introduced with the new Season. Hopefully EA fixes it soon.
Same problem for me except it involves Green Valley. Ugh!
Must be a glitch with the new season update. They'll correct it eventually. Anyone remember a few months back when a new season started and all the bridges randomly disappeared, cutting off services for everyone?
Hi all, can report the same issue as well, when trying to access Sunny Isles.
I have the same issue. It is happening with both Sunny Isles and frosty fjords.
Mine is to Sunny Isle, I am playing on iPad.. I also have to start my iPad frequently when game hangs up when I I try to different area in game.
I’m having the exact same issue. Crashes every time and I have a challenge running in frosty fjords so I’m basically out of luck?
I have the same issue, but when traveling to Sunny Isles. Frosty Fjords has no issue for me
