Tunnels for trains

I suggest an idea of underground tunnels for trains. So that it would be possible to build smth upside such tunnel. And it could be like special type of a road. So users can build tunnels that would not cross simple roads and makes troubles like in the Sunny islands location. Or may be some users can make a subway system by such tunnels. You're welcome.
