Unlocking & Building on Sunny Isles Off-Shore Islands

I have long advocated for all regions to be expanded. Our storage is bulging with unused items, those who regularly buy premium mayor's pass have land deeds piling up which can't be used (I have 39 at present). We occasionally get an extra strip of land squares in the main city but allowing us to expand further in the regions would be very beneficial, especially those working to increase their population to 10m so they can unlock the final region.
