could you guys help me? I have the following question. Why does it take so long to get the upgrade from level 5 houses to level 6? First it was minutes it took. Now 24h later, I still can’t upgrade it.

If you click on this house does there appare a message on it e.g. its very stressig we need parks or is this house perhaps couvered by a pollution radius?

I already tried to switch them with fully upgraded. Also everything is covered, and there shouldn’t be any problem with a full upgrade.
I just switched them again to another place. Maybe it will be a solution!
It does take longer to upgrade from 5 to 6 than from earlier levels such as 1 to 2, but 24 hours is excessive. Are you sure your building is covered by all services including utilities, police, etc.?
Try swapping the building - by moving it - with one that is fully upgraded. You'll probably be able to upgrade it at it's new location, then move it back.
