Useless customer service
I made an ingame purchase but didn't receive the item. I tried it again (so 2 charges) and still no item. Customer service is demanding that I provide a screenshot of the purchase but it's impossible...

Hi dude, I experienced the same thing last week. I tried to purchase Sydney zoo. The first purchase worked, but I saw nothing in the storehouse. So like you did, I tried it again. Although the same thing happened, I recorded the film of the whole purchase, showing the success purchase with deliver animation but no item. I argued then in in-game support (not webpage ea help, because the Indian has no eccess to the account details). I warned them with my email conformation and footage of my recorded video. Finally they delivered my 2 Sydney zoos today. But if you said the problem happened this week again, I have to be cautious and record the purchase process from now on. What did you plan to purchase?
