Useless customer service
I made an ingame purchase but didn't receive the item. I tried it again (so 2 charges) and still no item. Customer service is demanding that I provide a screenshot of the purchase but it's impossible...

I think customer service lefta half year ago, i posted several times an got the same response even when they were different questions. Better ignore the helpdesk,
