Using Forums to find a club to Merge with.

Are we allowed to use Forums to invite other clubs to merge with? Lots of players have dropped out after 2.0 and we’d like to merge with a suitable club..  I’ve checked the rules and can’t see anything specific but just wanted to check before going ahead.  Thanks Moderators.
