Hi guys! This situation are really critical now! A lot of clubs are unhappy because of cheats in war. For example our club had previous war. And our enemy was cheats. 1. They made more energy in start. there were 11 energy items. But enemy made 8 magnets!!! it is 16 energy. Im not bad in math. And it is so unrespecting!!!! 2. Also they used catastrophe - magnetism in 80-90% of all shots. How did they get do a lot of hydrants????We are not bad club! We are working hard and we are preparing for war very good!!! But we can't keep so a lot!!! They cloned it by programms. Of course they won war. It was not surprisingly...... Now we have another war. And what do you think?? They are also cheats)))) They have 10 level of catastrophe. I would believe that it is honest.. but they don't shot. And other friendly club told the same. They are not so active as our club. But they have so high levels))) Don't cheat us!!!! Why do EA command not make something with it??? Block? Ban? Sent to another server. And they would play and have war with each other!! It would be fair! I understand that I must write to support with screenshots and tell them all. We did it during previous war. And we still do not get answer. I guess so I must to write now again about new club also??? But who will return for us all that we lost??? Answer me! Please!!! What we need to do??? Can EA command find all cheats and do something finally???

Unfortunately, you are not alone. Our club reports cheaters weekly now. EA support does little to keep honest players in the loop about what is being done. Honestly, the best thing you can do to send a message to EA is not play. And certainly do not pay for card packs that get you nowhere against cheaters.Right now we are playing Koreana who has somehow managed to defy time and get more Energy than is possible. Also, they only use Magnetism....every player, every attack, level 3. Impossible? No. Improbable? Definitely.Wake up EA! Or shut down wars and refund our money. Obviously, it's not working out too well for your honest customers.

We know they are cheaters because they expend more energy than is possible at the beginning of the campaign. It's not possible for one player to use 7 or 8 Magnetism attacks in the first 15 minutes of the war.

Did you report team? When we did this the hackers got kicked out of top 100 for about 3 weeks. But are back so wasn’t a long term fix. I feel like we have been spared a lot. While it wasn’t fun obviously losing to hackers and getting kicked out of top 100 after all the work we did (170 currently). We have never had hackers that used all lvl 10 cards and we were never constantly shielded we were still able to get chests and maintain our 100k+ average. We even beat a team with 2 hackers unlimited mag and energy before by staying shielded and doing 30k at last minute. So that was a very proud team moment. We did have players that spent over $1000 on war packs before we realized hacking existed. It was a pointless waste of money for them. So until EA fixes the hacks they refuse to spend more money and told EA as much. Hackers are not spending real money you would think they would want to keep real customers happy.🤷🏻♀️

Am I overreacting, or are my frustrations and concerns also felt by others too.I guess I should have learned long ago to accept games that are presented “as is”, as never going to be what a more traditional consumer good might look like. No manual, no controls for cheaters, inconsistent game elements...All of this is “as is”. So like someone said, I’ll try more to enjoy the game for what it is (and I do very much enjoy it), and let go of trying to fix the issues that irritate me.EA hopefully will realize, this not only means that I will not spend (I have been happy to throw a few dollars at the game from time to time, as appreciation for how much play I get out of it), but I will also encourage everyone I interact with to also not spend. It makes no sense to spend on a competitive game that doesn’t have a level playing field.When this was an individually-focused building game, it didn’t really matter much. But now hat there is a strong focus on community competition (contest of mayors, club challenges, club wars...), it does matter about cheaters. It makes the game not fun when you can’t compete evenly.Cheers. : )

My personal take is EA is overwhelmed with the amount of cheating taking place from the simplest feeder cities to program hacks and don’t have sufficient resources in place yet to deal with it. They also have to deal with business and legal considerations when an accusation is made and have to conduct a thorough investigation to determine the merits (there are folks that scream cheating if they lose straight up) and once it is determined sufficient cause exists then they have to sort out the guilty from the innocent, I imagine it’s tedious and time consuming.This game offers a healthy revenue stream with advertising, in game purchases and market penetration and they will take appropriate measures to protect that revenue stream. I really believe it’s only a matter of time...and it will be sooner than later.

just don't spend money on the game.
on the last war, the opponents were:
scored 1.3 million war points
- level 20 or lower (most of them)
- level 5 mag/ no high level cards
- earn war point when my team was under umbrella
- un-bubble anytime they pleased, un-bubbled any team members as they pleased
- unlimited war items
- level 22 scored 100k points in the first 5 hours, 260k total with low cards
- unlimited energy even with level 3 vampire
- bypass freeze spell and keeps racking up points
I guess there are too many reports of cheaters for admins to do anything about it.
I've spent over $600 on this game. I've spent zero in the last 2 months. I'll never spend another penny. I'll post in another few months, confirming I haven't spent a penny.

@Millseyguy33 Perhaps one of the more creative and enjoyable individuals to share in this forum is @ModernThinker. Sadly, It’s been a while since he offered his insight and unique perspective - perhaps he’s taken a sabbatical due to the cheating, hacking and hiding (not so much now) that was and is so prevalent and maybe this reference may trigger a message to him via email and he’ll step in for a minute...I miss his wisdom. Thanks for recognizing his post.

WELL another war finished opponents put up 3.5 million pts cant name cos its against the rules ...EA ur game is going straight down the toilet DO something STOP sitting on the fence honestly is this the way now let cheats rule the game

I know we are playing against cheaters when there are 10 players on their team and only one player is participating and within 20 min their team is winning with 100k points and only have two of our team members in a shield. Yes they use shield busters and magnetism that are maxed out in points but 20 min into the game with one player is impossible to have 100k points. I haven’t paid any money to the game since. And I won’t until they fix the issue!
