Water services not storing
Don't know if this is fully a bug or a ridiculous design flaw (hard to tell these days) but you can store services acquired in the Maxis shop or awarded from event tracks, etc... ... except water s...
All the options for Water are now permanent options in the game, rather than limited time buildings. None of them are storable any more as a result.
