Weekly assignments capped

I noticed that all of the weekly assignment indicators on each assignment is grayed out.  Completed assignments are only counting plumbob points for COM and to the “Diversity Delights” so you can get more popsicles.  Because I am at level 99 it says weekly assignments capped at 130k.  So any assignments do not count the vibrant Chicago/mayors pass.  Why should we play if there is a cap on the weekly assignments.  If I don’t do any assignments it hurts my teammates by not adding to the COM group totals.  Nice going EA .. if I continue to do assignments I help my teammates but I don’t get any credit for my individual effort
