Weekly collection 2
With the 309.500 weekly limit, the new police station it's impossible to reach from tier 38 needed. So we can never complete the weekly album 2... Why is this happening?

I realized I'll have the same problem; I also hit the limit in week 1, and now I've hit the limit this week.
I think the only way to get this was with Premium+. Which of course they didn't tell you until Week 2, when many people had already purchased Premium.
