What does ea look for in player report?

@Duckups Deeply disappointed. No matter how many hacked accounts we have reported during (or before the beginning of) wars, no one is ever booted - at least we haven’t seen any up to now. Maybe you’re luckier.
And things seem to get worse. Check latest videos on YouTube with double and triple active boosters of the same type (e.x. energy pumps and jackpots 😳). We had climbed up to 67 position and we dropped down to 455 after 4 defeats in a row from hackers- I can’t even imagine what is happening between the top clubs...
As I suggested in another post, we should get a “cancel the war” button (active during the preparation phase) to avoid playing against those teams.

- @Duckups No it’s not hackers island. A friend of mine from another team told me they faced a club who used double (Same) boosters, which made me curious, and that’s how I found relevant videos.
- @1457699360 Also. A lot may not be hackers. Depends. But you may be surprised. I think one or 2 per team can be hackers and the legit players use them. Lol. The one booted last war. Didnt even raise concern to us. Some said he rebuilt too fast. But the one I thought had to be 100 percent. Was never booted. Level 7 mag. 97k avg score, we held him to 20k, lol. Won 1.2 mill to 400k
- @Duckups Yes I thought so the same a few weeks ago. But during our last war, our opponents had 23 hackers!!! 24h/day active energy pumps, building portal - building portal- shield buster - etc. a real nightmare.
We have them all reported, the same answer, more screenshots etc. Nothing was done- it’s so frustrating. We couldn’t even score cause they domed us all within 2 seconds (and we usually score about 1,8 million in total). It ended up 9 million against 500k cause this unnecessary one-week building portal feature gave them the means to do that.
Anyway, after 7 wars in a row against hackers made us all take a decision, not to buy war packs again until this hacking issue is solved. And if it continues, we will eventually stop playing the game. Unless we are given a chance to avoid them somehow - and “surrender” or “cancel active war” during preparation phase (with a small point penalty) could be an option.@1457699360Wish I could help. But I am awaiting EA to respond, I think a surrender button 4 hours in would be good, maybe 8 to 12 even. Sometimes ea takes awhile to boot if they do
